Shipping Within Malaysia

Our Courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within 2 – 5 working days from the date of shipment (Our daily shipment schedule is from Monday to Friday daily. No shipment on every Saturday, Sunday or national public holidays).

Delivery Tracking Numbers will be provided to all orders upon shipment for self-tracking purposes.

Delivery fees are subject to rates by courier partners.

The Product(s) shall be deemed to have been delivered to you when either you or your designated receiver of the Product(s) has signed for receipt of the Product (or in circumstances where either you or your designated receiver is unable to sign for receipt, Namewee4896 Online Store may agree to your signed receipt pursuant to an enterprise chop or other legally authorized chop).

Actual product may differ from the photos published on all Namewee4896 Online Store marketing channels. Each product is unique and will not have identical appearance or texture. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.

International Shipment

All of our international shipments will be shipped via SF International Express.

For shipments to specific countries, additional documentation and ID verification is required, kindly read through and understand the policy before placing an order. Should you have any questions, please reach out to us via Live Chat or email.

China:

According to China import regulations, the receiver must provide an ID copy for personal shipment customs clearance.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we will require you to send us your ID copy (front and back) via Facebook Messenger, store chat, or email to cs4896merchandise@gmail.com.

Once we have received the documents provided, we will begin to expedite your order as soon as possible.

When placing your order, please make sure the name of recipient, address, phone number, and ID number are correct.

Taiwan:

[Taiwan Personal Shipment Import Real-name Verification Policy]

In order to strengthen the import supervision, from September 20, 2018, Taiwan Customs will implement Personal Shipment Import Real-name Verification Policy for all parcels (except documents) imported into Taiwan.

[IMPORTANT MESSAGE]

For shipments to Taiwan, consignee is required to perform real-name authentication via Ez Way App (易利委) prior to shipment export:
- Steps to follow:
  - Download and register EZ Way App.
  - Real-name Verification.
  - Authorization of airway bill.
All overseas buyers MUST download and register EZ Way as soon as possible after placing an order and conduct real-name authentication. If there is no such user in the system inspection, the warehouse will not be able to deliver the goods.
After receiving the order number update, the buyer needs to authorize it in the EZ Way App so that the package can be cleared through customs smoothly.

For non-Taiwan citizens, you are required to provide Passport Number & ARC Number for Real Name Authentication.
